Error code 963

Error code 963

Starting by the release of 2016/03/18 it seems that some collectors have problems to install or update the new versions of the apps. The error 963 will appears on some devices during the installation process.
In this case you may try to solve with one of the solutions proposed in the following link:

At the moment 3 collectors had the same problem and all of them have solved with third solution (by uninstalling PlayStore upgrades).
